Warranty Policy
All mobile phone parts sold on Galaxy Mobile Parts come with a 14-day (two weeks) warranty from the date of delivery.
This warranty applies to all types of mobile phone parts, including but not limited to:

- Touch Screens
- Mobile Batteries
- Flex Cables
- Charging Ports
- Speakers
- Other mobile replacement parts
The warranty covers manufacturing defects or dead-on-arrival (DOA) products only.
Warranty Exclusions
The warranty will NOT be applicable in the following cases:
- Physical damage after installation
- Cracks, broken glass, or burn marks
- Damage caused by water, moisture, or short circuit
- Improper or non-professional installation
- Scratches or signs of usage
- Removal or damage of warranty stickers or seals
Please note that we strongly recommend professional installation for all mobile parts.
Returns and Refund Conditions
- Customers can request a return or replacement within 14 days of receiving the product.
- Returned items must be unused, uninstalled, and in their original condition.
- Original packaging and warranty stickers must be intact.
- Returns will only be accepted after inspection and approval by our technical team.
- In case of approval, a replacement or refund will be processed according to the situation.
Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our mistake (wrong or defective item).
